Retention Periods

We retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also treat it as a request to be forgotten. This also means we will not retain your data for more than two years from the last point of contact or transaction, unless a legal justification exists for doing so. Under applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, and we will therefore keep this data for the duration of the applicable retention period.
